Michelle Clark joined Alston & Bird as a partner in its intellectual litigation group in San Francisco, the firm announced Tuesday.
Clark advises emerging technology companies on intellectual property matters. Her practice focuses on patent, trade secret, contract, unfair competition, inventorship, and other commercial disputes, the firm said.
