Perham Gorji joined Alston & Bird as a partner in its FDA: Compliance & Enforcement Team and Drug & Device practice in Washington D.C., the firm announced Tuesday.
Gorji’s practice spans the full range of FDA-regulated products and will work with multinational medical products companies responding to regulatory scrutiny throughout the product lifecycle, including product development, inspections, warning letters, complex enforcement actions, and FDA-related litigation. He will support clients facing manufacturing practice compliance, internal investigations, and enforcement-related litigation, the firm said.
He joins Alston & Bird from DLA Piper.
