Alston & Bird Adds Derivatives, Commodities Partner Cheryl Isaac

Cheryl Isaac joined Alston & Bird as a partner in its financial services group in Washington, the firm announced Thursday.

Isaac advises derivatives exchanges, financial institutions, asset managers, trading firms, and corporate hedgers on derivatives regulation and transactional strategy. She helps clients comply with the rules of the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission, the National Futures Association, and the US Securities and Exchange Commission, the firm said.
