Alston & Bird Adds B.K. Lee as Structured Finance Partner in NYC

B.K. Lee joined Alston & Bird’s finance group and structured and warehouse finance team as a partner in New York City, the firm announced Friday.

Lee focuses his practice on advising issuers, underwriters, and financial institutions on structured finance transactions, including public and private securitizations across key asset classes, the firm said.

He also has experience in CDO and CLO transactions, guiding clients in setting up asset-backed commercial paper programs, and counseling banks and corporations in tender offers, restructurings, and mergers and acquisitions, according to Alston & Bird.
