Alston & Bird Adds Arbitration Partner Hooker to London Office

Will Hooker has joined Alston & Bird as a partner in the litigation and trial practice group and its international arbitration and dispute resolution team in the London office, the firm said Tuesday.

Hooker maintains experience handling international commercial arbitration in the energy, financial services, and telecommunications sectors, according to Alston & Bird.

He provides advice to clients on investor-state arbitration, disputes between joint venture partners, and complex arbitration arising from mergers and acquisitions, the firm said.
