Alston & Bird Adds Another IP Litigation Partner in Chicago

Devon Beane joined Alston & Bird as a partner in its intellectual property litigation group in Chicago, the firm announced Thursday.

Beane has led litigation teams in federal courts across the country, as well as before the International Trade Commission, Patent Trial and Appeal Board, and Federal Circuit. Her work spans technologies in medical devices and diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, consumer goods, and wireless telecommunications sectors, the firm said.
