John Goldfinch has joined Allen & Overy as a partner ahead of the firm’s merger with Shearman & Sterling, the firm said Thursday.
Goldfinch, who joins from Milbank, joins the transatlantic CLO practice, according to Allen & Overy.
He is joined alongside a team of associates.
