Karen Seward and Kent Rowey have been named Allen & Overy’s US co-chairs, the firm said Monday.
Seward, who serves as A&O’s global co-head of litigation, specializes in litigation, employment law, and highly sensitive crisis situations, according to the firm.
Rowey is a partner in the global projects, energy, natural resources, and infrastructure practice, said Allen & Overy.
They will succeed Tim House, who will become the chair of the firm’s Centre for Leadership, Innovation & Change, on May 1, according to Allen & Overy.
