Allen & Overy Adds Two Partners to Singapore Corporate Practice

Kenny Kwan and Caryn Ng have left Baker McKenzie to join Allen & Overy as partners in the corporate practice in Singapore, the firm said Tuesday.

Kwan, who worked at A&O from 2009 to 2017, focuses on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, funds, and general corporate matters under Singapore law, according to the firm.

Ng works on equity capital markets and corporate finance as well as private equity, A&O said. She represents issuers and underwriters in securities listings on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited, according to A&O.
