Susan Gault-Brown has joined Allen & Overy as a partner in the US funds and asset management team in Washington, D.C., the firm said Monday.
Gault-Brown, who joins from Stradley Ronon, counsels asset management clients on SEC and CFTC regulatory and compliance issues, according to Allen & Overy.
Her clients include investment advisers, private funds, broker-dealers, and other regulated financial participants, said the firm.
