Nicole Daley has joined Allen & Overy as a partner on the US corporate and life sciences teams in the Boston office, the firm said Monday.
Daley, who joins from Goodwin Procter, has experience with every stage of the corporate life cycle for privately held and publicly traded life sciences clients, according to Allen & Overy.
Her practice includes counseling clients in startup and formation, venture capital, M&A, joint ventures, capital markets, and corporate governance, said the firm.
