Helen Christakos has joined Allen & Overy as a partner in the US corporate practice in Silicon Valley, the firm said Monday.
She represents clients in privacy and cybersecurity issues in M&A, private equity, financings, IPOs, SPACs, and product counseling, according to Allen & Overy.
Christakos advises companies, private equity firms, and investment funds within the technology, life sciences, and fintech sectors, said the firm.
