Kelly Ann Shaw joined Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld as a partner in its lobbying and public policy practice in Washington, the firm announced Monday.
Shaw served as deputy assistant to the president for international economics during President Donald Trump’s first term, where she advised on trade, investment, energy, and national security policies, the firm said.
She joins from Hogan Lovells.
