Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld secured a license from Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Justice to open an office in Riyadh, the firm announced Thursday.
The new office in Riyadh is set to open later this summer and will offer services in regulatory, corporate finance, corporate mergers and acquisitions, energy, and infrastructure practices. Corporate partner Alexander Malahias and project finance partner Jennifer Riddle, both relocating from Abu Dhabi, will lead the office.
