Akin Recruits Natasha Kaye as Tax Practice Partner in London

Natasha Kaye joined Akin as a partner in its tax practice in London, the firm announced Wednesday.

Kaye supports transactional practices with a focus on private equity, technology, and life sciences sectors. She advises on cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, reorganizations, joint ventures, financing, outsourcing, international tax planning, and restructuring, the firm said.

She joins from Cooley.
