Trent Bridges has joined Akin’s Houston office as an energy transactions partner, the firm said Monday.
Bridges represents clients across energy transactions, infrastructure development projects, and investments, according to Akin. He advises on acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, greenfield projects, and investments across the oil and gas value chain.
He joins from Sidley Austin.
