Akin Recruits Chadron Edwards as Energy Partner From Mayer Brown

Chadron Edwards joined Akin as a projects and energy transitions partner in New York, the firm announced Wednesday.

Edwards represents sponsors, lenders, and other entities in project financing transactions, with a focus on energy and infrastructure, the firm said. He advises on traditional project finance lending transactions and infrastructure public-private partnerships, as well as tax credit monetization and transfer transactions.

He joins from Mayer Brown.
