April Kim joined Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld as a projects and energy transition partner in Southern California, the firm announced Wednesday.
Kim’s practice focuses on the energy sector, advising stakeholders in renewable energy on tax equity and credit transactions, mergers and acquisitions, project development, and debt financings, the firm said.
She joins from Greenberg Traurig.
