Jessica Rosenberg has joined Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld as an employment litigation partner in the firm’s New York office, the firm said Monday.
Rosenberg represents employers and prominent senior executives in employment-related litigation before federal and state courts, administrative agencies and arbitration panels, according to Akin.
She has also conducted internal investigations relating to employee misconduct in the workplace and has provided labor and employment advice and counseling to clients, including training and advice to investment funds, the firm said.
She joins from Kasowitz Benson Torres.
