Akin Hires Mark Clarke as Head of International Arbitration

Mark Clarke joined Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld as a partner and head of its international arbitration practice in London, the firm announced Wednesday.

Clarke’s client base includes governments, state-owned entities, and multinational corporations, which he represents in complex cross-border energy disputes throughout Europe, Africa, the Middle East, the Americas, and in Asia Pacific.

He joins from Proman AG, where he was executive director and group general counsel.
