Charlie Ofner joined Akin as a partner in its global energy and infrastructure team in Houston, the firm announced Thursday.
Ofner’s practice focuses on energy and infrastructure transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, project development, and commercial contracts in various energy sectors. He represents strategic clients, private equity investors and their portfolio companies, and other privately held companies, the firm said.
He joins from White & Case.
