A former Milbank LLP partner and onetime top securities prosecutor has landed at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP in New York.
Katherine Goldstein is now a partner in Akin Gump’s white collar defense and government investigations practice, the law firm said Monday. She represents companies and their senior executives in matters concerning potential violations of securities and commodities laws, working with Akin Gump colleagues who served as federal prosecutors in Manhattan and as enforcement lawyers at the Securities and Exchange Commission.
