Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld added a pair of longtime Haynes and Boone partners with M&A and securities expertise for its corporate group in Dallas.
Ryan Cox, co-head of Haynes and Boone’s capital markets and securities practice, and Eric Williams, the head of its mergers and acquisitions practice, joined Akin Gump as corporate partners in Texas.
“Building on the strengths of our corporate group in Dallas has been a strategic priority for us,” Akin Gump chairperson Kim Koopersmith said in a statement.
