Patrick Dundas has joined Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld as a partner in the investment management practice in New York, the firm said Tuesday.
Dundas, who joins from Schulte Roth & Zabel, will focus on market intelligence, regulatory and transactional knowledge management, and technology/practice infrastructure, said Akin.
He has experience in the private funds industry and will lead the practice’s market intelligence and legal practice infrastructure initiative, according to the firm.
