Paul Yin has joined Akin Gump as a partner with the special situations and private credit team in London, the firm said Monday.
Yin focuses on cross-border banking and finance transactions and works with private credit funds and direct lenders, commercial and investment banks, investment funds, private equity sponsors, and corporate borrowers, according to Akin Gump.
He served as a debt finance and private credit partner at White & Case, according to Akin Gump.
