Catherine Goodall has joined Akin Gump as a partner in the special situations and private credit practice in the New York office, the firm said Wednesday.
Goodall has experience representing credit investors, distressed companies, private equity sponsors, and their portfolio companies in financing transactions, according to the firm.
She joins from Paul Weiss, where she was a partner, Akin Gump said.
