Andrew Lehman has rejoined Akin as a private equity partner in the Houston office, the firm said Monday.
Lehman advises private equity and infrastructure funds in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, structured equity transactions, and management equity arrangements, according to Akin.
His clients include those in the traditional energy and energy transition, information technology, healthcare, manufacturing, consumer products, and financial and business services industries.
Lehman rejoins from McDermott Will & Emery.
