Akin Adds Private Equity Transaction Partner Elina Alperovich

Elina Alperovich joined Akin as a private equity transactions partner in New York, the firm announced Wednesday.

Alperovich advises private equity sponsors and portfolio companies on mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, investments, and other transactions across industries, including health care, business services, financial services, asset management, insurance, consumer products, entertainment, technology, infrastructure, and energy, the firm said.

She was previously transaction counsel at Apollo Global Management.
