Akin Adds Capital Markets Partner Flannery in Houston

Bryan Flannery has joined the Akin’s Houston office capital markets partner, the firm announced Monday.

Flannery’s practice includes a range of capital markets transactions, with focus on the energy, sustainability and infrastructure industries, representing clients on traditional debt and equity offerings, private placements, convertible debt instruments, corporate governance, public company M&A, and general securities laws compliance matters. He also has extensive experience with securities matters in the special situations and restructuring context.

He joins from Kirkland & Ellis, where he was a partner.
