Bill Brady has joined Akin as a partner with the special situations and private credit practice in New York, the firm said Monday.
Brady advises direct lenders and private credit firms on complex finance transactions and credit arrangements, which includes financings with multiple tranches of debt, according to Akin.
He was the head of the alternative lender and private credit group at Paul Hastings.
