Akerman Recruits Vivien Krieger as New York Land Use Partner

Vivien Krieger joined Akerman as a partner in its real estate practice in New York, the firm announced Monday.

Krieger represents developers, lenders, owners, purchasers, and nonprofit organizations in New York land use and zoning matters. She prepares applications and advocates before city and state agencies, and focuses on analyzing development potential, preparing zoning resolution determination requests, and representing clients in zoning challenges, the firm said.
