Adam Mocciolo joined Akerman as a partner in its labor and employment practice group in New York, the firm announced Monday.
Mocciolo advises employers on restrictive covenant and trade secret litigation, internal investigations, and business immigration, the firm said.
In addition to his employment practice, Mocciolo litigates novel, complex commercial cases and high-profile fraud and asset recovery matters.
