Akerman Expands Into Delaware With Litigators Dupre and Lemon

Andrew Dupre and Brian Lemon have joined Akerman as litigation partners in a newly established Wilmington, Delaware, office, the firm said Monday.

Dupre, a corporate litigator who will serve as the office managing partner, guides clients in navigating the complexity of Delaware corporate law and the Delaware Court of Chancery, and has experience representing limited partnerships, limited liability companies, and other alternative business entities and investment vehicles, according to Akerman.
