AI Infrastructure Firm Whitefiber Seeks $132.8 Million in IPO

Whitefiber Inc., an artificial intelligence infrastructure subsidiary of crypto treasury firm Bit Digital Inc., is seeking to raise as much as $132.8 million in an initial public offering.

The New York-based company plans to market 7.8 million shares for $15 to $17 each, according to its filing Tuesday with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

Shares of Bit Digital fell as much as 3% in early trading on Tuesday. Its stock had climbed 2.4% in the year to date through Monday’s close.
