Elutions Inc. failed to pay law firm Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP more than 1 million pounds ($1,350,000) for tax, litigation, and corporate work it did over a span of six years, the firm says in a complaint filed in federal court in New York.
The Tampa, Fla.-based artificial and business intelligence provider is responsible for invoices under a contract its U.K. subsidiary Elutions Europe Holdings Ltd. entered into with Curtis, the firm alleges.
Elutions Europe allegedly racked up 1,585,564 pounds in legal services and costs from 2013 to 2019, but only paid 544,844 pounds—and made its payments irregularly. ...
