AI Accuracy in Legal Research Remains in ‘Check Your Work’ Phase

Generative AI promises to make legal research faster and more thorough if a technique that aims to stop the technology from making up things can be perfected.

Retrieval-augmented generation, or RAG, is the leading contender for preventing AI hallucinations. But out in the real world, doubts persist.
