Regina Bynote Jones has been named senior vice president, general counsel, and secretary of ADM in Chicago, according to a Wednesday news release.
Jones will oversee ADM’s global legal and regulatory affairs, compliance initiatives, security operations, and government relations efforts when her appointment takes effect Sept. 5, ADM said.
She served as the chief legal officer for Baker Hughes, which operates in the energy technology sector.
