Adler & Stachenfeld Adds Gutierrez for Condo, Co-Op Practice

Luisa Gutierrez joined Adler & Stachenfeld as a partner and co-chair of its condominium and cooperative practice, the firm announced.

Gutierrez focuses her practice on all aspects of condominium and cooperative development, including mixed-use, leasehold and multifamily projects. She advises clients on condominium structuring, governance, regulatory compliance, financing arrangements, offering plans and transactional matters, and regularly counsels developers, lenders, boards and investors through the lifecycle of development projects, the firm said.

She joins from Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer.
