Activision Blizzard Legal Head Earns $5.5 Million (Correct)

Activision Blizzard Inc.’s top lawyer received $5.5 million in total compensation in 2022, as the video game holding company navigated workplace misconduct claims and proceeded with a proposed $69 billion sale to Microsoft Corp. over the past year.

Grant Dixton, was hired by the company in 2021 to succeed its retiring chief legal officer Christopher Walther, and the most recent compensation data came via a proxy statement filed this week by Activision.
