Ned Schodek rejoined A&O Shearman as a partner in its US restructuring practice in New York, the firm announced Wednesday.
Schodek represents creditors, ad hoc creditor groups, debtors, asset acquirers, and other parties in large and complex Chapter 11 cases. He advises on prepackaged, pre-negotiated, and traditional bankruptcies, out-of-court workouts, debtor-in-possession financings, adversary proceedings, and broker-dealer liquidations, the firm said.
He joins from Schulte Roth & Zabel.
