Filippo Crosara joined A&O Shearman as a lender-side leveraged finance partner in the London debt finance practice, the firm announced Sunday.
Crosara’s practice includes advising lenders in the legal and banking sectors, with a focus on European markets, the firm said.
He joins from Barclays Investment Bank.
