W. Andrew Lanius joined A&O Shearman as a partner in its energy, natural resources, and infrastructure practice in Houston, the firm announced Monday. He will serve as the head of US energy and infrastructure finance.
Lanius combines origination capabilities with execution skills at the intersection of private capital and energy and infrastructure. He will enhance the firm’s energy and infrastructure finance and private credit offerings, with ties to debt finance, corporate M&A/PE, and capital markets teams across the US and globally, the firm said.
He joins from Simpson Thacher.
