Valentine Bleicher joined A&O Shearman as a mergers and acquisitions and private equity partner in Chicago, the firm announced Tuesday.
Bleicher brings a strong sponsor-side M&A track record across public and private markets, including leveraged buyouts, divestitures, complex carve-outs, refinancings, and recapitalizations. She regularly advises French sponsors and corporates on U.S. transactions, the firm said.
She joins from Kirkland & Ellis.
