A law firm closely aligned with a legal technology services company is opening in San Francisco Sept. 14 to serve startup businesses while demonstrating how technology can streamline legal practice and lower costs for clients.
Atrium LLP will use a fixed fee billing structure and run on an operations platform powered by Atrium Legal Technology Services. A group of entrepreneurs that includes lawyers Augie Rakow and Bebe Chueh launched LTS in April.
