Ryan Sawyer joined Mayer Brown as a partner in its real estate practice in Washington DC, the firm announced Monday.
Sawyer advises on commercial real estate transactions, including joint venture formation, financings, preferred equity investments, development, restructurings, and acquisitions and dispositions. He works with institutional real estate investors, including life insurance companies, real estate funds, real estate developers, and REITs, the firm said.
He joins from Goodwin Procter.
