Haynes Boone Adds Addleshaw Goddard Partner Cross in London

Jeremy Cross joined Haynes Boone as a partner in its global fund finance practice in London, the firm announced Tuesday.

Cross advises lenders and funds across a wide range of financing structures, including subscription facilities, net-asset-value facilities, asset-backed structures and general partner and management company lines. His practice spans both lender- and borrower-side representations, and he advises leading global financial institutions and private capital sponsors on complex and evolving financing solutions, the firm said.

He joins from Addleshaw Goddard.
