Bored Ape NFTs That Lured Madonna, Eminem Are Down 93% From Peak

Bored Ape Yacht Club nonfungible tokens, which rose from obscurity to fetch hundreds of thousands of dollars in the last crypto bull market, appear to be sinking back into oblivion.

The so-called floor price for the collection of depressed-looking simians has fallen 93% since peaking two years ago to 10.2 Ether as of Friday, data from researcher Nansen show. That’s the lowest since August 2021, just four months after the BAYC project was launched. The drop in dollar value is of similar magnitude.
