In a July 17 letter to US District Judge Arun Subramanian, live performance behemoth Live Nation Entertainment Inc. offered its first official response to the 27 antitrust claims brought against it by the US Justice Department and state attorneys general.
Despite hitting 23 of the 27 claims, Live Nation’s response is quite narrow.
