ANALYSIS: Law Students Rave About DEI—But They Aren’t Using It

Backlash against DEI programs isn’t slowing down. Ford Motor Co. and Lowe’s Cos. are two of the several big companies to recently announce that they’re curbing DEI initiatives. Law firms like Perkins Coie, Morrison & Foerster, Fox Rothschild, Winston & Strawn and Susman Godfrey have modified their DEI programs.

And law schools may be the next to come under fire.
