In November 2019, AmerisourceBergen Corp. stated in its Form 10-K annual report that it employed approximately 22,000 people, with 21,000 full-time workers. In its only other human capital disclosure, the company described its union contract agreements and added that “[w]e believe that our relationship with our employees is good.”
A year later, AmerisourceBergen’s Form 10-K stated that the company sought to inspire “the best and brightest global talent across all dimensions of diversity to perform at their full potential,” and cited statistics concerning the diversity of its management and workforce.
